Armitage Technologies Holding Limited (The Group), one of the leading IT solution providers and application software developers in Hong Kong and the PRC, is a publicly listed company on the GEM of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (Stock code: 8213). The Group’s subsidiaries include Armitage Technologies Limited, Armitage Technologies (Shenzhen) Limited, Guangzhou Armitage Technologies Limited and Eastern Express Solutions Limited. Armitage Technologies Limited is established since 1972 in Hong Kong, with over 30 years of proven track record in delivering quality IT solutions to customers.

The Group has developed its technical and business expertise in various sectors, including manufacturing, logistics/transportation, hospitality, Government and public sector. Being well-regarded in the IT industry, the Group has credibility and ability to establish partnerships with various application software solutions vendors to complement each other's strengths and expertise so as to provide the best possible cost-effective services to our customers.

The Group is one of very few local IT companies consistently delivering IT solutions and services at a high international standard and maintaining a solid track record. The Group is able to identify, manage and deliver solutions specifically tailored for each client's needs, which led the company to retain and attract new clients and establish a very strong customer base in both public and private sectors.
 
The Group has diversified its investment into advertising and publication business. By making good use of its knowledge and network in the PRC hotel industry, a new lifestyle magazine, e2Smart has launched since 2004. The circulation and distribution has been expanded quickly during the past few years.
 
The Group’s main business activities in Hong Kong and the PRC are:
  • Provision of information technology solutions, including the system development and implementation services according to customers' specifications, project management and development, maintenance and enhancement services, system integration, consulting and customization of proprietary and third party application software packages.
  • Sales of Armitage's proprietary application software packages including: AIMS (Armitage Industrial Management System) ERP System , Pegasus Hotel Management System
  • Sales of third party application software packages including: Infor Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Infor Warehouse Management System (WMS) and IFS ERP System.
  • IT insourcing/outsourcing services.
  • Publishes and distributes the magazine, e2Smart, in guest rooms of star-ranked hotels in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Macau and Hong Kong.
The Group has ten offices in Hong Kong and the PRC, and employs over 300 IT professionals. Our operations in the PRC are conducted via Guangzhou Armitage Technologies Limited, with its offices located in Guangzhou, Shanghai, Beijing and Chengdu. Armitage Technologies (Shenzhen) Limited is operated under the management of HK office and provides the supporting role for the business in Hong Kong including IT solutions, project implementation services, and sales of AIMS application software package.
