Artco’s production plant is located at Zhang Mu Tou, Dongguan, and its business is mainly to export clock/watch products to overseas market. To enhance operation workflow and internal management, Artco has chosen 11 modules of AIMS ERP system including Sales Management, Shipping & Delivery, Purchase Management, Inventory Management, Quality Management, Engineering, Mould Management, Production Planning, Production Management, Human Resources and Accounting. By implementing the ERP system, Artco aims at standardizing the operation workflow as well as reducing inventory level.
