Dr Liao is currently a non-executive director of Hang Lung Group Limited and a non-executive director of the Securities and Futures Commission. He was appointed by the Hong Kong Government for a number of public service positions, including chairman of the Hong Kong Council of Academic Assessment; a member of the Steering Committee on Innovation and Technology, and a member of the Committe on Strategic Development. Dr. Liao graduated from California Institute of Technology at Pasadena in the United States and he holds a doctor of Philosophy Degree in Applied Physics from Harvard Univserity in the United States.

Mr. Conway is a fellow of The Hong Kong Institute of Directors, The Hong Kong Management Association and The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers. Mr. Conway is well-known and highly respected in the I.T. profession and has extensive experience in information technology and general management. He is currently serving as the non-executive directors of numerous public listed companies in Hong Kong. He is also active in public service, being a Council Member of The Hong Kong Institute of Directors and The Hong Kong Management Association. He serves on a number of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants committee and is a member of the Inland Revenue Board of Review.

Mr. Chan is currently the director of Global Technology Limited. He is also an adjunct assistant professor at the Department of Information and Systems Management of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Mr. Chan has over twenty years of experience in the information technology profession. Prior to join Global Technology Integration Limited, Mr. Chan had held various senior management positions at ComputerVision Corporation, Prime Computer (HK) Limited, Oracle Systems Hong Kong Limited. Stratus Computer (HK) Limited, PowerSoft Corporation, Cadence Design Systems Asia Limited. Mr. Chan holds a Bachelor’s (Hon.) Degree in Mathematics (Computer Science) from the University of Waterloo, Canada.

Mr. Li is currently the audit director of Horwath Hong Kong CPA Limited. Prior to joining Horwath Hong Kong CPA Limited, he was an audit partner of PKF Certified Public Accountants for about 16 years and he had also worked for KPMG Certified Public Accountants for about 5 years. He has extensive experience in the audit of companies listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Mr. Li is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
