The project calls for designing a maintenance management system for a dockyard facility from scratch; including 4 modules: the Planned Maintenance System, the Inventory Management System, the e-Quotation, and the e-Purchase system. We also provided on-going maintenance support, monitor, and regular update to modify the system to ensure a smooth operation. Training was also provided for client’s staff from time to time

ACCOMPLISHMENT

  • The Planned Maintenance System possesses the ability to help in the maintenance of all vessels and its respective scheduling that includes workflow, related procurement, daily schedule arrangements, etc.
  • The Inventory Management System assists in managing the spare parts and materials of vessels
  • Employing various programming tools such as Java J2EE framework, JPA, and Microsoft SQL Server database management software; different systems are streamlined into one single platform so that all maintenance arrangements can be easily assessed instantly
