To help foster the next generation, Armitage Technologies, together with other O9B7 partners and YWCA, organized a mentorship program for Form 3 students to give them an idea of what the real corporate culture is like. Named AIMS which stands for Attitude, Interview, and Mentorship, the program that lasted for 3 days from August 13-15 took place in O9B7’s various members offices. The students sat in for 3 days taking part in different office roles to train them and obtain working knowledge and experience.
