“Happiness-at-Work” Promotional Scheme are carried out by both “Promoting Happiness Index Foundation” and “Chinese Manufacturers’ association of Hong Kong” in this year (2021).  The aims are to widely deliver the philosophy of “Happy Company” and build the enterprising culture with “Care” and “Respect” to employees.

Armitage has honor of becoming one of “Happy Company”, and, appreciates the award and sign of “Happy Company 5+”.  For achievement to this award, enterprises must implement two or above policies / systems / activities with fulfilling “Care”, “Intelligence”, “Fortitude” and “Motivation”.  The companies also have to show their historical contributions and efforts in successfully establishing the happy working environment.

In the future, we, Armitage, will continuously devote ourselves to build cheerful and friendly working environment to our staffs and make contribution to enhancement of “Working Happiness” in Hong Kong.
