Connected devices and platforms is the game-changer for businesses nowadays with more and more companies adopting IoT solutions for their offices and facilities. Armitage Technologies has recently deployed for one of the largest public utilities company’s telecom subsidiary various IoT solutions. Located in their conference theatre is a motion sensor, an Indoor Air Quality sensor in their toilets, as well as a door lock sensor to detect opening/closing in their R&D centre’s server cabinet. These sensors all uses NB-IoT technologies that offers better scalability, quality of service, and security yet consumes little battery. They are all connected to Armitage’s IoT platform for data collection and analysis.
