Kiosks Application Enhance Operational Efficiency |QB House (Hong Kong)

Founded in Japan, QB House is a well-known barber’s chain stores in providing “10 minutes Quick Hair-Cut” service.

 

To further enhance their retail operational efficiency, QB House (Hong Kong) invited Armitage to provide the Automatic Self-Service Kiosks System recently.

 

Current Implementation

.Kiosks and Tablet

Replace the in-store Kiosks and equip tablet for each hairstylist.  Queuing number will be shown on both kiosks and tablet.

 

.Multi-Payment

Besides Octopus, now also support credit card (Visa and Master), Alipay HK and Wechat Pay HK.

 

.Ticket and Queuing

The queuing number will be shown on Kiosks and ticket/receipt. On the other hand, hairstylists will also receive the queuing status via their tablet.  This facilitates the time arrangement of both staff and customers.

 

There are 10 outlets for local implementation at the current stage.  Kiosks replacement will be implemented gradually in the future situation.

 

 

Future Implementation

.Mobile Apps

The apps will be developed for customers’ online booking and membership registration.

 

.Point Redemption

The point will be automatically given to members upon their patronage and allow their exchange for relevant privileges.
