Armitage is proud to be an official main contractor under the HKSAR’s Government’s Standing Offer Agreement for Quality Professional Services (SOA-QPS5 Category A minor) commencing 31 January 2022 with a contract period for 48 months.  Armitage is qualified in providing all categories of IT Solution / Service to local governmental departments at first-hand.

SOA-QPS scheme has been implemented since 2005 with aims at fulfilling governmental departments’ increasing large demands for IT solution / services.  Armitage will continuously devote our contribution and endeavor to local government and its public services through the below category:

Category A: Pre-implementation, programme/project management services, ongoing services, implementation and combined system development services;
