Technology Voucher Programme (TVP) is the governmental funding project that assists SMEs for their upgrade or transformation in business processes.  The following content may help you realize the essentials about TVP funding.

 

 

Key Feature:

• Support local organizations in using technological services / solutions to improve or enhance their business processes
• Cumulative funding ceiling per organization: HK$600,000 (Max.)
• Up to 6 projects per organization
• Only one application can be submitted under the TVP at any one time and the project must be completed within 12 months
• The new application may only be submitted after completion of an earlier approved project and submission of the final project report
• Provide funding for projects on a 3 (Government) : 1 (Organization) matching basis

Requirement:

• The company must be incorporated and registered in Hong Kong under the Business Registration Ordinance (BRO), or under the Companies Ordinance, or by relevant ordinances as statutory bodies.
• The company must not be a government sub-vented organization or a subsidiary of any government sub-vented organization. A government sub-vented organization is a company which receives subvention from the government on a recurrent basis.
• The company must have substantive business operation in Hong Kong. The substantive business operation must be a project or projects during the time of the TVP application. A company which is a shell business registration is not eligible.
• The company must be a non-listed enterprise.

 

 

Documents Submission:

• Submit your application on TVP’s website (http://tvp.itf.gov.hk)
• The copies of Business Registration Certificate or form NAR1
• The proof documents of practical business operation (e.g. Financial Statement, MPF Record, etc)
• Applicant’s signature on the application form and ID copy
• Business Registration Certificate of IT solutions / services provider
• Project description and quotation

 

Procedure:
