Kick-Starting New Governmental Projects: Armitage Develops e-Health Recording and Reporting Systems for EMSD
Under the Standing Offer Agreement for Quality Professional Services 5 (SOA-QPS5, Cat. A Minor), Armitage took up the system development project from EMSD, and we are working on system analysis & design (SA&D) and system implementation & integration (SI&I) for their e-health recording and reporting system, including COVID Record System (CRS) and Quality and OHS Improvement Team Management System (QITMS).
The systems are expected to help EMSD ensuring their staff members’ fulfillment of Vaccine Pass Requirement and Vaccination in lieu of Regular Testing (VRT), and streamlining the recording and reporting process against COVID-19 pandemic.
The Electrical and Mechanical Service Department (EMSD) is a Hong Kong government department responsible for inspection and enforcement of operation and safety of many electricity and gas installations. EMSD has two functional arms Regulatory Services and Trading Services - to provide E&M services for enhancing the safety and quality of life of Hong Kong.
