Armitage has been awarded the “Partner Employer Award 10+ again”, and 7th consecutive year and the 3rd consecutive year to receive the award. In this year, we also received the award of “Recuriting Full / Part Time Employees”. Having named a “Partner Employer” reaffirmed Armitage’s effort in talent cultivation and giving back to the society.
Since 2012, Armitage has been actively participating in the scheme as well as cultivating future pillar of social and providing graduate ad student with internship and career opportunity. To fulfil the award requirements, corporates must employ at least 5 fresh graduates and internship students who have opportunity to practice with training in the past year.

The objective of Partner Employer Award is to encourage companies to hire local student and people with disabilities, restrained, rehabilitated and minorities, to provide internship and job opportunities so that they can gain work experience and learn professionalism with positive energy.
During the pandemic, Armitage kept existing employees and recruited new full-time and part-time staff to provide career opportunities to young people. Armitage's continuous support over 13 years and dedication to talent development were recognized with the award for "Recruiting Full / Part Time Employees."
