In collaboration with O9B7 and CDIA (Child Development Initiative Allaince), Armitage organized a mentorship program for secondary school students to expose them to the operation, prospects, and opportunities in the IT industry.

Between 19^th and 23^rd August 2024, students experienced “working in IT” and tried to play the roles of different departments.  Students got explanations from Armitage's staff from different departments, such as the IT industrial environment, and the mentality and attitude that IT employees should equip. 

Students were fulfilled with the program and they gain more insight and prospects from this Pre-Career Experiencing Program.

Armitage sincerely hopes that students are inspire enthusiasm and will gain opportunity and success for the IT industry throughout this event.
