One of our customers is a dishwasher manufacturer as well as sanitizing and cleaning products supplier, which has committed to provide environmental friendly products, and aims to save resources, reduce sewages, avoid loss and wastage, as well as reduce the shortage of cleaners for her customers. The Company also provides comprehensive one-stop services include production, delivery, sale, rental and after-sales services. Customer groups include hotels, restaurants, schools, hospitals, airlines and properties management companies.
In line with the comprehensive and quality service, the Company set up own fleet to provide efficient door-to door installation and maintenance services to solve the customer emergency problem. However, it is not easy to manage the fleet operation, such as the fleet scheduling, driver roster and effective cargo loading.
The Company has adopted AIMS ERP System and has combined with our Fleet Management System to monitor the daily operation of vehicles and ensure every vehicle can be used properly and efficiently. The main function of this Fleet Management System include fleet scheduling, driver roster, delivery order management, real-time work order updating through mobile upload, cargo loading management, and all critical operational and financial reports. After the integrated system has gone-live, it streamlines the manufacturing and warehouse management, and collects all data in a single system, the Company can obtain accurate and real-time information and analysis report, response customer enquiries and proceed the order more efficiently, finally provide professional one-stop service.
