The Royal Garden took initiative to ride on the power of Internet world and appointed Armitage to develop an Online Reservation System (ORS) as one of her room promotion and selling media. The ORS is a fully web-based application system, developed under the Java platform, and integrated with the Royal Garden’s hospitality front-office system.

The ORS is seamlessly embedded into hotel website of the Royal Garden. With the ORS, the Royal Garden can provide an ease-to-use, user-friendly interface for potential customers to check room availability and room rate, and to make reservation. Online confirmation and payment by using credit cards are allowed.

The ORS has been successfully lived running on the 2nd quarter of 2008. Armitage is currently providing on-going support and maintenance services plus the system administration services for the ORS server.
