Armitage Awarded “Happiness-at-Work” label for 3 Consecutive Years

We are pleased to announce that Armitage has been awarded the “Happiness-at-work” label for the third consecutive year. To be labeled a “Happy Company”, winners have to demonstrate that they have implemented measures in at least two of the four areas that include 'Corporate Love', 'Corporate Insight', 'Corporate Fortitude' and 'Corporate Engagement'.

Armitage’s CEO Alvin Lee said, “Employees are our most valuable asset, and only by creating an ideal and happy working environment could employees’ loyalty be enhanced. We respect and encourage our employees to speak out and try our best to meet with their expectations, because only then could we build a happy working environment. This can, in turn, boost employees’ morale and productivity and, ultimately, strengthen our company’s competitiveness.”

Organized by the Promoting Happiness Index Foundation and implemented by the Hong Kong Productivity Council, the scheme aims to promote the concept of happiness-at-work among Hong Kong companies. This year over 270 companies and organizations applied, out of which 247 corporations and 25 organizations were successfully awarded the label.
