Kiosks Automatic Self-Service System
SOLUTIONS:
- Kiosks and Tablet - Replace the in-store Kiosks and equip tablet for each store associate.
- Queuing number will be shown on both kiosks and tablet.
- Multi-Payment - Octopus, credit card (Visa and Master), Alipay HK and Wechat Pay HK.
- Ticket and Queuing - The queuing number will be shown on Kiosks and ticket/receipt. On the other hand, associate will also receive the queuing status via their tablet. This facilitates the time arrangement of both staff and customers.
