Creating a Webstore for Lee Pharm to Enhance Customer Loyalty

To cope with the ever increasing online shopping demands, creating an easy-to use and beautiful webstore is essential for a business, but on an even deeper level how could you stand out from the tough competition among online stores out there is a key. This is why the speed of service and user experience two defining factors in driving customer engagement to a site. Recently we have designed for our customer Leepharm, one of the largest biopharmaceutical company in the Greater Bay area, an online shop that has gone live in May.

The challenge of the project lies in how to create a user-friendly interface that shows a large variety of distinctly different products and product options clutter less for drugstores and pharmacies to use. The shop is linked to a Web Ordering System at the back-end to streamline all orders and boost efficiency by lowering delivery and processing time. With the new webstore, LeePharms’ customers can now replenish stock easily and quickly with repeated ordering, largely benefiting in terms of time and efficiency.
