Employee Relation Assistant/ Officer

 Responsibilities:

    • Review existing practices and policies and implement new initiatives as required
    • To co-ordinate employee benefits program and sport/leisure classes for internal employees
    • MRCHR System – e-leave and attendance record, provide daily leave record
    • Attendance report and leave entitlement by monthly
    • Do CSR event with Dept Team Members
    • Organize company events (e.g. annual dinner, arrange play badminton etc….)
    • Petty Cash and collect / fill PR form, receptionist duties such as entertain visitors.
    • Check and collect medical and monthly expenses claim form
    • Prepare and assist in group human resource & administrative functions including office renovation, office equipment etc.
    • Perform staff relation activities and HR ad hoc assignments      

Requirements:

    • Diploma holder of Human Resources Management or related (or Secretary) disciplines;
    • At least 2 years relevant experience in all around administration functions
    • People-oriented with positive demeanor, outgoing, self-motivated and willing to accept new challenges
    • Outgoing, excellent interpersonal communication and problem solving skills
    • Ability to understand the business with employee relation and its drivers for success
    • Familiar with Excel, Word and Chinese word processing
    • High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably fluent in Mandarin speaking
    • Occasional day trip to Shenzhen when need
    • Less experience will be considered as Employee Relation Assistant
